Room Service from Jean-Georges’ On the Rocks Restaurant, Eden Rock
We shared the local snapper prepared “tout simplement,” brown rice, grilled asparagus and a delicious kale salad (from which I removed the croutons). The secret ingredient in this simple kale salad: fresh mint. Yum!
